Work
Real engagements, shown at the stage each one has actually reached.
Every project moves through the same steps: Score, Audit, Align, Build, Grow. Click into any one for the problem as it looked, the decision that set the direction, what got built, and what has been measured so far.

New Hope Worship Center
Five working sessions that turned a full calendar and an overloaded staff into one 2027 plan the whole team can carry: one priority, one filter for every decision, and a wave model instead of a flat year.
Read the build noteHow to Read These
Build notes first. Case studies when they are earned.
Each page is a build note: a real engagement, named with the client’s permission, described at the stage it has reached. Where there are numbers, the month and the source sit on the same line. Where there is no baseline yet, it says so. One of the four is our own brand, and it is labeled that way.
A build note becomes a case study only when it clears the eight-section standard below, including a result measured against a starting point recorded before the work began, and the client’s own words.
The Standard
What an entry has to clear before it is called a case study.
Eight sections, every time. The entries above are build notes until they can fill all eight honestly, including a measured outcome against a baseline and the client’s own words.
01
The organization
Who they are, what they sell or serve, and the market they compete in. Named, with permission.
02
The initial challenge
What was actually broken when they came in, described the way they described it, not softened into agency language.
03
The strategic insight
The one decision that changed the direction of the project. Usually the thing nobody had said out loud yet.
04
Brand and messaging changes
What the organization started saying differently, what stayed, and the reasoning behind both.
05
The website approach
Reskin or full rebuild, the platform decision, and why that call made sense for their situation and budget.
06
SEO and AEO improvements
What changed in structure, content, and technical foundation, and how search and answer platforms read the site afterward.
07
The measurable outcome
Real numbers with the baseline and the timeframe stated next to them. A percentage with no starting point is not a result.
08
The client's own words
An attributed quote from the person who signed off on the work. Their name, their role, unedited.
Where It Starts
Be the next entry.
The Website Score reads six areas in about thirty seconds. It is also where your baseline gets recorded, which is what makes a real result provable later.
Nothing gets published about your project without your approval.
