A 25-year local mattress store, now built to sell past the city limits.
Where they started
A three-page template store: Home, Shop, FAQ. One hero, a Call Now button, and the suppliers’ own product copy. Nothing about the store, the owner, or why a Billings shopper should drive to 20th Street instead of ordering from a national brand.
The decision
Win Billings first. Then build the store that lets Rimrock compete with the national online brands without giving up the one thing they cannot copy: a real store, a real owner, and 25 years behind it.
What got built
- Local search foundation and Google Business Profile, with a monthly report the owner can read in two minutes.
- An AI chat assistant on the site, trained on Rimrock’s own knowledge base, so shoppers get a recommendation instead of a bounce.
- CRM import and printed review cards for the store counter.
- A Shopify storefront with nationwide shipping, direct-from-supplier fulfilment for Helix and MOLECULE, a find-your-match sleep quiz, and a sleep guides library.
