A website is a business decision, not a design project.

Most website projects begin with appearance. A new design gets placed over the same unclear message, the same weak search foundation, and the same broken path from interest to action.

The website looks better. The business underneath it does not necessarily move.

AIRHAUS works differently. We begin with what your business is trying to accomplish, who you need to reach, and what they must understand before they trust you enough to act.

Then we align the brand, message, website, SEO, AEO, and conversion path around that decision.

The website is where the work begins. Growth systems come next, once there is a clear, credible platform worth sending people to.

You built something worth understanding.

The businesses and organizations I admire most were rarely built by people chasing marketing trends. They were built by people who became exceptionally good at serving others.

But the quality of the work is not always obvious from the outside.

The message may have become unclear as the organization grew. The website may no longer represent the business accurately. The technology may not reflect what is now possible.

That is the gap AIRHAUS exists to close.

You keep leading the business. We build the platform that helps more of the right people understand it, trust it, and find it.

I've been responsible for the outcome, too.

I'm Jay Yost, founder of AIRHAUS.

Before building websites and growth systems for businesses and organizations, I spent nearly two decades leading people, developing communications, growing recurring programs, and improving the experiences that turn initial interest into lasting relationships.

My background spans telehealth, subscription businesses, national nonprofit work, multi-site churches, and service-based organizations. I have led lifecycle and marketing teams, managed national partner portfolios, built CRM and automation systems, and helped organizations clarify how they communicate at moments when trust matters most.

At Samaritan's Purse, I helped grow a national portfolio from 60 to more than 100 recurring church and ministry partners, producing average annual growth of 16%.

As the co-founder of a subscription coaching business, I helped build a practice whose systems were adopted across a network of more than 300 coaches.

In telehealth, I led a 12 to 15 person lifecycle and acquisition team and rebuilt patient journeys using behavioral segmentation, email, SMS, testing, and performance data.

That experience shapes how AIRHAUS works today. I do not see a website as an isolated creative project. I see the message, customer journey, search visibility, technology, follow-up, and business outcome surrounding it.

Because that is how your customers experience your business: as one system.

Experience across telehealth, recurring-revenue businesses, national nonprofit work, service businesses, and multi-site churches.

Strategy grounded in real operating experience.

AIRHAUS is not built around a single design style, marketing tactic, or software platform. The work draws from experience across the entire customer journey.

Brand and message

Clarifying what an organization does, why it matters, and how to communicate it in language people can understand and trust.

Websites and search

Turning that message into a credible digital platform built for people, traditional search engines, and AI-assisted discovery.

Lifecycle and conversion

Finding the points where prospects disengage, customers lose momentum, or opportunities disappear, and designing a better path forward.

CRM and automation

Using technology to make follow-up more consistent and useful without creating another complicated system for the owner to manage.

Leadership and execution

Turning strategy into clear priorities, coordinated work, measurable decisions, and systems that continue working after launch.

How I Work

Four principles that shape every engagement.

These are not simply preferences. They come from years of being responsible for the result after the project goes live.

01

Strategy before execution

Before anything is designed or built, we determine what the platform must accomplish, who it needs to convince, and what currently stands in the way. That is why the work begins with a Website Audit, not a template or visual trend.

02

Technology must earn its place

Technology belongs where it removes friction, improves the customer experience, or gives time back to your team. Every tool should have a purpose you can explain in one sentence. If it cannot, it probably does not belong in the system.

03

The whole journey matters

Your website does not operate alone. Search visibility, message clarity, lead capture, follow-up, and customer retention all affect whether the platform produces a meaningful result. We make those decisions together so the experience feels consistent from discovery through conversion.

04

The work should hold up after launch

A successful launch is not the finish line. The platform should remain understandable, manageable, and useful as your business grows. You should not become dependent on unnecessary complexity just to keep your own website working.

About AIRHAUS and Jay Yost.

AIRHAUS was founded by Jay Yost. He personally leads the strategy, brand, messaging, website, and search work on every engagement.

Because the platform's job has to be decided before anything is designed or built. The audit determines what the website must accomplish, who it needs to convince, and what currently stands in the way.

The audit is free and your score comes back in about thirty seconds.

See what I would see.

The Website Audit scores six areas: messaging and brand, conversion and lead capture, trust and proof, SEO and visibility, experience and accessibility, and technical health. You receive a straightforward assessment of what is working, what is creating friction, and where the greatest opportunities may be, before anyone talks about scope or price.

The audit is free, and your score comes back in about thirty seconds.
