Privacy Policy

AIRHAUS LLC is a Georgia limited liability company based in Evans, Georgia. It primarily serves clients in the United States, and may work with appropriate international clients, but it does not actively market to or target international markets. This page explains what happens to information on airhausagency.com. If anything here is unclear, email jay@airhausagency.com and ask.

What we collect

Two places on this site collect information you type in. The website scanner asks for your website address, and optionally what kind of business you run and the city or area you serve. It does not ask for your name or your phone number. After it has scored your site it asks for your email address, which is what unlocks the rest of your report. The chat window asks for your name, a phone number, and your message. The phone number is required on purpose: it is how AIRHAUS gets back to you.

When you submit a website address, AIRHAUS visits and reads that website, following a small number of its pages, in order to score it. Only pages that are already publicly available are read. By submitting an address you confirm you are entitled to ask for a review of it.

Loading a page also reveals ordinary technical information to the companies that run this site: your IP address, your browser and device type, the page you came from, the pages you view, and any campaign or tracking parameters in the link you followed. Some of that is stored in your browser and used to recognize a returning visitor. This happens whether or not you fill in anything. AIRHAUS does not run Google Analytics, and the site sets no cookies of its own.

How we use it

• To provide services you ask for.
• To operate the website and keep it secure, including blocking automated abuse.
• To meet legal obligations.

Email and text messages

If you give AIRHAUS your email address to unlock a report, it is used to deliver that report and to follow up about your score and how AIRHAUS could help. You can opt out at any time by replying to any message or emailing jay@airhausagency.com, and you will be removed. AIRHAUS does not sell or rent your information.

If you use the chat, AIRHAUS uses the phone number you provide to respond to that specific inquiry through informational or conversational text messages. Sending a chat message is not consent to an unrelated recurring promotional text program. Reply STOP to stop text messages or HELP for help.

Who else handles it

AIRHAUS uses outside companies to run the site and to communicate with people, and they process information on AIRHAUS's behalf under their own privacy policies: a website host, which serves every page and keeps ordinary server logs; a cloud application host, which runs the AIRHAUS scanner that reads the website address you submit and builds your report; and GoHighLevel, which provides the CRM, the chat, email and text messaging, and visit attribution. The scanner is operated by AIRHAUS, not by GoHighLevel. Your email address is passed to GoHighLevel after your report is produced. Those providers may in turn load code from their own vendors, and those vendors receive basic technical information such as an IP address. AIRHAUS may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect its legal rights.

Mobile information, including text-message opt-in data and consent, is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. AIRHAUS may share it with service providers that support message delivery and customer service. All other sharing described above excludes text-message opt-in data and consent.

How long we keep it

Only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was given, plus any period needed to meet legal obligations, resolve a dispute, maintain security, and keep ordinary business records. If you would like your information removed sooner, ask.

Your scan and its report are kept for 30 days. They are stored on the scanner's own server so your report link keeps working, then deleted automatically 30 days after the scan. Your report link expires on the same schedule, so the link and the report end together. The email address you enter to unlock your report is stored alongside it for those same 30 days, so that asking for the full audit does not make you type it again. Your email address and your score are also kept in the CRM under the periods above.

The link to your report is long and unguessable, and it expires after 30 days. It is not password protected, so anyone you forward it to can open it until it expires.

Children

AIRHAUS is a business-to-business service. This site is not directed to children, AIRHAUS does not target anyone under 13, and AIRHAUS does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, email us and it will be deleted.

Your choices

Email jay@airhausagency.com to ask a question about this policy, or to ask what information AIRHAUS holds about you and have it corrected or deleted. We may need to confirm who you are first, so that your information is not handed to someone else. To stop messages, see "Email and text messages" above.

Changes and contact
